Mothers Day Sunday.

For Mothers Day the family went to the park and played kick-ball and woofle-ball. We didn't get any pictures of me playing because prior to that, the girls wanted to push me on the tire swing. Bad mistake!!! I am not doing that again! I never did feel comfortable spinning a million miles an hour around in circles!

Later, after we were at the park we went home an played some more games. Along with watching some movies. We played take-two with the scrabble letters. And then Ian and Seth made a domino effect with the scrabble letters in the shape of a heart.

Movement and Music

Music. Isn't it amazing? I don't know to many people who don't like music. In fact, I don't think there is some who hates music. There are many different types, and I know people with a huge range of their favorite type. If you ever go to a concert or something. If you watch the musicians, you will instantly notice how involved they get into the piece they are playing.

Capturing the movement of the player, in this case a pianist, while they play their piece was fun!
It was interesting to see how involved she was in her piece.

The reflection in this is kinda neat. These two are interesting. The reflections of the pianist are sharp while she was not.

Then I decided to try and capture her fingers reflections and movement while playing the piece.

These turned out to be alot better then what I had expected them to be. Her hands where hard to capture. There was low lighting and they piece she played wasn't exactly slow.

Mothers Day

So, Mother's Day is here. And me being a guy, I have trouble with deciding on what to get my mother and both my grandmothers. My first grandmother really loves flowers. And has had a garden pretty much all her life.

I guess I should have made this so much easier by just taking one picture instead of several. But being me I didn't do that and took more then just one, and so now I am having trouble on deciding which picture to frame and give to my grandmother.

I really like the very top picture. And the white one above. So, Hmm....yeah. I have really gotten myself stuck. So if you have a favorite comment :-)!

My sister's said that I should frame them in black with a white back ground lining. If you have another ideas that would be great, because once again. I'm a guy.....and what do guys do best at when it comes to picture framing and deciding for a mother or grandmother?

And yeah I know..........I posted this a bit late. Just shows you how much more I pay attention with important dates like this. hehe.
